Shipping costs are calculated at checkout. Customers are responsible for providing a secure and accurate shipping address at the time of purchase.

All orders are processed as soon as possible. You will receive a notification when your order has shipped. Please note that due to the handcrafted nature of our made-to-order products, production times may vary. Ordering online will secure your spot in our production queue, guaranteeing that your products will be prioritized for production once your turn arrives.

If a package is returned to our workshop as undeliverable, unclaimed, or due to an incorrect address provided by the customer, the customer will be responsible for the actual cost of re-shipping the order. Nookie Doll is not liable for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided at checkout.

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available

If you haven’t received your order within 9 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please email store@nookiedoll.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

Refunds

Damaged or defective items must be reported to store@nookiedoll.com within 48 hours of delivery as indicated by the carrier tracking. Non-delivery claims must be submitted within 14 days of the shipping confirmation date. Failure to report within these windows constitutes acceptance of the product and a waiver of any claims for damage or non-delivery.
